• ? [ PREPARATION ] Simply dissolve the contents of one sachet (1kg) in 1.3 liters of milk and beat the mixture at the highest level for 5 minutes. Pour into cups or glasses and chill in the refrigerator for about 6 hours or, after cooling, portion with a spoon on the dessert plate.
• ? [ CHOCOLATE TIP ] Fill the mousse into glasses before chilling to preserve the airy, fluffy texture. Portioning should be done after chilling, when the mousse has firmed up a bit.

Instructions for use

• 1 kg mix + 1.3 L milk = approx. 5 L chocolate mousse • Beat for 6 minutes until firm • After preparation you can divide the mousse into portions • Let the mousse rest in the fridge for a few hours • The chocolate mousse can be placed in the freezer after preparation
