I have a few questions :)
1. Are these special baking foils and where can you buy them?
2. What exactly does tempering mean and what do you have to pay attention to in order to do it correctly so that the ball doesn't become brittle. I always thought that you could simply melt the chocolate and let it harden again ?. I ordered extra white chocolate drops and want to try them out this weekend. Would it work? Could you just use dark chocolate or couverture?
3. Are the plastic ball molds safe for health? At first I wanted to buy something like that, but then I ordered the silicone molds ?.
4. Don't the balls have to be cooled in the fridge?
5. Can you place the balls directly on a buttercream (German buttercream from RUF)?

I love the decoration so much and ordered and received the foils. Tried it out today and cut out stars on the foil. Only there was no pattern on the back. Is there a trick to this or does the slide page also play a role. The foil is smooth on one side and a little fluffier on the other. So I think it's a shame that this isn't pointed out.

The thing with the balls is really great! When will your video be tempered? I followed your advice and watched your colleague's videos, but I'm still wondering whether you apply the couverture at the right temperature, for example as a drip and then put it in the fridge, or let it solidify at room temperature?
